Is there an area of your life that is out of alignment with God? Are you struggling with the feeling that “something is off” personally, in your family, state, or country? Are you struggling to surrender to God’s Word/Will in a certain area? Maybe it’s the never-ending struggle with the same battle…over and over again…or it’s the paralyzing feeling of powerlessness in the face of problems…or an inability to hear God’s voice or direction…or even worse- you have become spiritually blinded/deafened, and you are nursing a heart calloused by sin. In times like this, God calls us to do what Jesus did: put down the fork and go into a special season of fasting and prayer.
