A Prayer for Thanksgiving

Prayer of Thanksgiving | Psalm 100

I believe a lot of us may have memorized Psalm 100 in Sunday School when we were children. It never gets old!

So please join me in using Psalm 100 as a foundation for a prayer of Thanksgiving to our great God Who is so deserving of all our praise and adoration!

Let’s make a joyful noise to the Lord, America, and all you lands that He created! Let’s serve the Lord with gladness every day and continually come before His presence with thanksgiving and singing! We know that the Lord is God! It is He Who has made us, not we ourselves and we are joyfully His!

We are His people, the sheep of His pasture, and He is our great Good Shepherd.

Let’s daily enter into His gates with thanksgiving, with a thank offering, and His presence with praise!

Help us Lord to remember to be continually thankful for all You do for us, individually as well as a nation.

Let’s bless and affectionately praise His name throughout our days!

For the Lord is forever good; His mercy and loving-kindness are everlasting! His faithfulness and truth endure to all generations!

Everyone have a wonderful, blessed Thanksgiving Day!
