What God Did at Warrior This Year

Just recently, in the third weekend of August, we hosted our third annual Warrior Men's Retreat. In hosting these events, a wide range of measurements can be taken to determine whether or not they are deemed a success. However, success is determined by one thing alone: the presence of God transforming hearts.

This is exactly what we saw happen at Warrior this year. God, the only one capable of remodeling the human heart, came and moved in Men's lives in ways that we were not expecting. It was the type of display that one can only long for through intensive prayer. God came tangibly, and men responded authentically. We had times of worship, prayer, and opening God's word together. Friendships were made in God's presence that will last, and space was made for confession and vulnerability.

Since the event, testimonies have been pouring in detailing ways God refreshed men's hearts, renewed their love for God and his word, and even restored dry marriages. We are incredibly grateful to God and our team for the work that was put into it, and the harvest that we will continue to see as time goes on.
